Take Home

Please feel free to take any image on this site (except those noted with the ® in the name - these would be for those who allow me to post their picture, but who would not like the picture to be available in the public domain - this would usually be people, not wildlife).
To enlarge:  Move the cursor (mouse) over the image until the shape of it changes.  Left click.  A new page will appear with the full size image.  Left click on the "Back" button this is part of your browser.  Some people can Right click and select "Back" from the menu that appears.
For a full screen view:  It depends on the browser you are using.  With Internet Explorer - use the "Full Screen" button (look on the "View" menu), usually F11.  With Netscape - it is a bit tougher - you may need to manipulate the "Hide" and "Show" options on the "View" menu - in the end it may not be worth it
As a last resort, just use the scroll bars.
To save an image:  RIGHT click on the full size image.  Look for "Save Picture As" or "Save Image As".  You should then be asked where you want to save the image.  To save space on your disk drive, save it in the same form - JPEG with the ".jpg" on the end.
You may test with this image... Spokane Falls (83380 bytes)
Most of the images on this site have a full size of 800x600 and are "landscape".  Some are "portrait" and may be smaller to make them fit up and down on most computer screens.
Most of the images have an original size of 1024x768.  If your computer uses this larger size, then these originals would be much better for printing, or for the "wallpaper" background for your screen.  They look much better than enlarging the full size ones of 800x600.  They are not available directly on this site.  However, if there is a certain image that you would like an original size copy of, as an e-mail attachment, please e-mail me the title that is noted with the thumbnail size image.  They will take a few minutes each to receive as e-mail, once I get the time to respond to your request.

Please let me know if there are certain types of images you would like to see, or see more of.  You may send e-mail easily by clicking on the "Send mail to" link below.  '
